Why this glass topping unit earns its place
The Combisteel 7950.5115 is a refrigerated counter-top topping unit for made-to-order prep, sized at 1.2 m wide and 335 mm deep. It sits on the pass or worktop and holds five 1/4 GN pans of garnishes, toppings and cold fillings under a glass canopy, keeping them chilled at 2–8 °C and visible while the line builds dishes to order.
Through service it keeps prepped stock at chilled temperature so ingredients stay safe across a shift without trips back to the walk-in. The glass canopy shields the pans from the kitchen while the line keeps clear sight of what is running low. Built from stainless steel 18/8 and weighing 47 kg, it handles the salt and heat of the line reliably.
It is a compact countertop format that drops onto an existing worktop — standing 435 mm high — so allow a clear run of bench and a socket within reach. The glass canopy lifts for restocking and cleaning between services, which suits tight lines and front-of-house positions. At just 110 W, it runs on a standard kitchen circuit.
