One full-height door opens to a stainless steel 18/8 cabinet for loading, stacking and rotating frozen stock in a back-of-house or kitchen setting. It maintains -15 to -20 °C with 60 mm insulation, a manual defrost cycle, and a digital controller to log temperatures for HACCP compliance.
