In daily use, automatic defrost keeps the cabinet clear of frost build-up without staff having to strip it down, and the climate class 5 rating means it holds frozen temperature reliably even in a hot back kitchen or cellar where ambient runs high. The R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant drives a low-GWP cooling circuit.
At 720 × 868 × 2115 mm it holds a lot of frozen stock in a narrow 720 mm-wide footprint, but the 2115 mm height matters — check ceiling clearance and doorway heights before delivery. At 145 kg gross, plan for two people or a trolley when positioning it.
