Why this single door commercial upright freezer earns its place
The 7063.0085 is a single-door commercial upright storage freezer built in stainless steel 430. It is the back-of-house workhorse that holds 326 litres of frozen stock, prepped batches and backups behind the line, keeping food at -18 to -23 °C and freeing the front-line reach-in from serving as long-term cold storage. In a working kitchen that separation is what stops the service freezer being raided for stock it should never have held.
Day to day, the single upright door opens to the full storage cavity, so finding, loading and rotating frozen stock is quick and you are not digging down through a chest to reach what went in first. The digital controller holds temperature steadily through a busy shift even when the door is opened often, and the single door that closes between access means less time cold is lost. Keeping stock upright and at eye level makes stock checks and FIFO rotation faster.
It is a freestanding single-door upright standing 1875 mm tall and measuring 600 mm wide by 639 mm deep, so it slots into a run of kitchen units or a store room and leaves space for ventilation around the condenser.
