It holds 147 litres total (94 litres usable), so frozen components stay at the prep station rather than back in a walk-in. A single solid hinged door keeps the temperature between openings, and the unit weighs 57 kg when empty.
Day to day, the undercounter layout returns frozen stock to the line so staff are not crossing the kitchen. Two internal shelves let you sort stock rather than stack it on the floor. The worktop-height cabinet also works as usable bench space above the storage, and staff can see what's held when the door is open.
The CK308 runs on standard 230V power and holds frozen stock at -0.5°C to -3.3°C. It consumes around 1300 kWh per year and carries a 7-year parts-and-labour warranty. Confirm your under-counter aperture height and depth before installation, allow ventilation clearance for airflow, and site the unit on a level floor clear of ovens and other heat sources.
