Why this under counter freezer earns its place
The FB007 is a two-drawer undercounter freezer from True, built to sit beneath a prep bench and put frozen storage at -18 to -23 °C at the station. Instead of doors it uses pull-out drawers, so stock comes to the operator rather than being reached into at the back of a cabinet.
The drawer layout suits a busy line where frozen items are pulled through service, keeping everything visible and to hand under the worktop. At 702 mm wide and 839 mm high with 766 mm depth, it accepts full-size 1/1 gastronorm pans if needed. The 100 kg unit draws 299 W on a 230 V socket and operates at energy class D — running cost is roughly £3 per day on a standard tariff.
As an undercounter unit it needs to fit the gap — measure height, width and depth under your worktop and allow the drawers to pull out fully clear of the line. The stainless-steel construction with 43 mm insulation is backed by a 7-year warranty on parts and labour. Electrical supply and full specifications are confirmed with Craven Cooling before installation.
