Why this under counter freezer earns its place
The Polar C-Series CD611 is a commercial undercounter freezer finished in white, holding 140 litres of frozen stock directly under a prep counter. Standing 855 mm high, 600 mm wide and 595 mm deep, it fits into the run of a kitchen worktop, keeping frozen ingredients and made-ahead stock within arm's reach instead of spread across the room. It weighs 44 kg and comes with two fixed shelves.
As back-of-house freezing beneath a busy counter, it is built to run through service and hold its contents while the line works above it. The cabinet runs at -25 to -10 °C on R600a refrigerant, drawing 230 W at 230 V. It carries an energy class A rating — the best available — consuming just 511 kWh per year (1.4 kWh per day). With climate class 4 and 60 mm of insulation, it holds temperature reliably in warm working kitchens.
In an undercounter footprint, it is sized to slot into a standard counter line. Allow clearance for airflow around the vents and door swing. The cabinet has a lockable hinged door with LED digital controls and rear fixed castors for safe positioning under the bench.
