Why this commercial under counter freezer earns its place
The 7063.0075 is a single-door under-counter freezer with a white powder-coated steel finish, holding 122 litres of frozen stock at -18 to -23 °C. It sits below the bench and keeps frozen ingredients and prep at the point of use, so the line has what it needs within reach without a trip to a remote store during service.
Day to day it runs as a self-contained frozen cabinet standing 835 mm tall and 600 mm wide. The single door limits cold loss each time it is opened on a busy line, and the white exterior wipes down as part of the normal cleaning routine. The digital controller maintains temperature steadily, and the compact footprint (635 mm deep) means the unit doesn't eat into walkway space when built into a bench run.
For install, the under-counter format is built to slot into a standard bench alcove. Measure the external width, depth and height against your opening and confirm the door has clearance to open fully where you plan to site it.
