Why this fresh meat display fridge earns its place
The SOCA90INTB is a flat-glass serve-over counter built to merchandise fresh product at a staffed counter. It gives 1.07 m² of chilled display area behind a low flat glass front, holding portioned stock at eye level for over-the-counter service in a deli, butcher's or food-hall setting.
In use it holds a 0 to +4 °C display band, with ventilated cooling to keep temperature even across the deck and automatic electric defrost clearing ice without manual intervention. An electronic controller runs the cycle, and the cabinet is rated to climate class 3, so it holds temperature in warmer, busier rooms. Running noise is 60 dB, and at 1679 kWh a year the counter costs about £420 a year to run at 25p/kWh.
For delivery and siting, the counter weighs 190 kg net and 235 kg gross, so plan a firm floor and a clear route in. It draws 315 W from a 220-240 V / 50 Hz supply and cools on natural, low-GWP R290 refrigerant with a 150 g charge.
