The Cold Display Vinnie 2.0 is a flat-glass serve-over fridge, built for the served counter where staff work one side and the customer views from the other. The flat glass front puts produce clearly on show while keeping it behind the counter, which suits deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods and patisserie sold by weight or by the piece rather than self-serve. It maintains a safe chilled range at +2 to +10 °C across the counter.
Serve-over is a merchandising format first: the deck displays the range to the customer while staff serve to order, so presentation and clear sightlines to the product do the selling. It keeps the chilled range front-of-house at the point of decision instead of hidden in back-of-house storage, which is what lifts counter spend on impulse and add-on items. The interior light keeps the display visible throughout the trading day.
The Vinnie 2.0 measures 2000 mm wide, 825 mm deep and 1230 mm high — a full-width counter that needs careful placement. It weighs 225 kg and requires electrical connection.
