Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The HERA1290 CB VBS is a low-glass serve-over display counter with a 1300mm merchandising width. The low glass line keeps sightlines across the display open, so customers read the whole counter at a glance while staff serve from behind — the standard serve-over arrangement for a deli, patisserie or farm-shop counter where product is presented, chosen and served over the glass.
Defrost is automatic, so the cabinet clears frost on its own cycle without staff intervention. It carries climate class 3, which means it is built to hold its display temperature in a normal temperate shop-floor environment rather than a cold back-of-house space. The counter measures 1300mm wide by 855mm deep by 900mm high with a gross weight of 145kg, so plan the floor space, the delivery route and the handling for a unit of that weight before it arrives.
