Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The BLIZZARD ZETA100 is a one-metre flat-glass serve-over counter built to merchandise fresh food across a staffed counter. The full-length flat glass front puts sliced meats, cheeses and prepared foods at the customer's eye line while staff serve from the rear. At 1055 mm wide it suits a compact deli run or a single serving station where floor space is tight but you still want a proper open-view display rather than a closed cabinet.
Day to day, the counter runs on R290 refrigerant and manages frost build-up with automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost routine to schedule around service. It carries a climate class 3 rating — the ambient band the cabinet is designed to hold temperature within — so keep it clear of direct heat sources and strong sunlight for steady running through the trading day.
Installation comes down to route and floor. The counter measures 1055 mm wide, 800 mm deep and 1233 mm high, so check access from the delivery point in: the 800 mm depth clears most standard doorways, but the width and a gross weight of 110 kg make this a two-person position rather than a one-person lift. Site it on a level floor with clearance around the cabinet for airflow, and it is ready to load.
