Cooling runs on natural R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant chosen for low environmental impact and efficient performance. The counter is rated to climate class 3, which means it is built to hold its display temperature in the warmer, busier conditions of a trading floor rather than only in a cool back room — the working environment a serve over counter actually lives in.
