Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The BFG150BKV2 is a 1.5-metre flat-glass serve-over counter — the format you stand behind to serve product across the top while the flat glass gives customers a clear, unbroken line of sight to the display deck below. It is a merchandising counter first: sliced meats and cheeses at a deli, cakes and pastries at a patisserie, or prepped fresh lines that sell better when the customer can see exactly what they are choosing.
It runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with a low global warming potential now standard across modern commercial refrigeration. The cabinet is built to climate class 3, meaning it is designed to hold temperature in ambient conditions up to +25 °C — comfortable for a busy shop floor, provided it is kept clear of direct heat sources and oven exhaust.
Plan the install around a 1580 mm width, 940 mm depth and 1200 mm height. At 220 kg it arrives as a single floor-standing unit, so a clear delivery route and enough hands or equipment to position it matter. The 1580 mm span also needs a wide clear run at the counter so the flat glass reads as one continuous display.
