Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The SIGMA15F is a 1.5-metre flat-glass serve-over counter from Blizzard, built for served deli, butcher and patisserie displays. The flat front glass runs the length of the cabinet so customers get a clear, straight-on view of the product while staff serve to order from behind — a compact 1.5 m run of merchandised frontage for smaller counters.
As a served counter the product sits behind glass and is handed over to order rather than self-selected, which keeps the display tidy and the stock under staff control through the trading day. The 1.5 m length makes it a fit where a full-size deli run would be too much cabinet for the space or the throughput.
Plan the footprint before delivery: the counter measures 1505 × 1080 × 1235 mm (W×D×H), so check the 1505 mm width against your delivery route and doorways and the 1080 mm depth against the serving side of the counter. Confirm access before the cabinet arrives, as it is wider than a standard single doorway.
