Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The HERA1500 CB VBS is a Mafirol low-line serve-over display counter with flat glass across the front. The low glass keeps clear sightlines over the display, so a served counter — deli, patisserie, butchery or café pastry — stays open to eye contact between staff and customer while product is presented at chilled temperature. At 1510 mm wide it gives a generous single-bay run of display.
It runs on automatic defrost, clearing frost from the coil on a cycle without staff intervention, and is rated to climate class 3 for operation in normal indoor retail and hospitality conditions. As a serve-over, product is loaded and served from behind the counter while the flat glass fronts the display to the customer side.
The counter measures 1510 mm wide, 855 mm deep and 900 mm high, and weighs 178 kg, so plan a solid, level floor and clear delivery access — its 1510 mm length and 178 kg mean two people and a straight run in. It uses R452a refrigerant.
