Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The OWEN 1.5 is the working deli counter built for speed and visibility. At 1.5 metres wide and 1060 mm deep, it sits squarely on the trade line between customer eye and server's reach — customers see the full range of today's offer, staff work from behind without strain. The flat glass front shows ham, pâté, cheese, fresh bakery goods and prepared meats at retail-grade chill without fogging or refraction getting in the way of the sale.
Built at 1310 mm high, it's counter-height for deli work: not so tall you're reaching above shoulder, not so short the display disappears into a customer's chest. The +2 to +10°C zone is the sweet spot for charcuterie, dairy, baked goods and freshly cooked lines — cold enough to safe-hold prepared meats and patisserie items through service, warm enough to let flavour come through. The 8.4 kW draw is sturdy but standard for a cabinet this size; most food businesses have it on a dedicated breaker already. At 250 kg it needs a firm floor, but regular deli kit already planned for that weight class.
