Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The Blizzard ZETA150 is a 1.5-metre flat-glass serve-over counter for presenting fresh food across a manned service point. The flat glass front gives a clean, level view over the display, and the 1525 mm width gives you a generous serving run for meats, cheese, fish or patisserie while staff handle the portioning. It's a straightforward, honest display format where the products do the selling and a member of staff closes the sale.
In use it runs quietly at 50 dB, low enough to sit at a serving counter without competing with conversation, and automatic defrost clears ice on its own so there's no manual defrost cycle to schedule around service. It carries a climate class 3 rating, built to hold temperature in normal indoor retail conditions up to around 25 °C ambient — keep it out of direct sun and away from ovens and heaters for the steadiest running.
The cabinet measures 1525 × 800 × 1233 mm and weighs 151 kg, so plan the route in: the 800 mm depth clears most single doorways but the 1525 mm width usually means bringing it in end-on or through double doors, and 151 kg is a two-to-three person lift or a trolley job. It uses R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with low global warming potential.
