Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The BFG150WHV2 is a 1.5-metre flat-glass serve-over counter. The flat front glass gives customers a clear, straight-on view of the produce while staff serve from behind, which is the format for any counter where someone weighs, cuts or plates to order rather than the customer helping themselves. It works for deli, cooked meats, cheese, fish and patisserie display alike.
Cooling runs on R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the counter is built to climate class 3, meaning it is rated to hold its performance in ambient conditions up to 25 °C. That covers a typical air-conditioned shop or café floor. Product sits on show behind the glass with the serving deck facing the operator.
On footprint, the counter is 1580 mm wide, 940 mm deep and 1200 mm high, and weighs 220 kg. The 940 mm depth and 1.58 m length mean it needs a planned run of floor with access all round for the operator; at 220 kg it is a fixed installation rather than something to reposition day to day, so confirm the delivery route and final siting before it arrives.
