Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The Blizzard SIGMA25F is a 2.5m flat-glass serve-over counter for staffed, over-the-counter display. The flat glass front gives a clear, straight-on view of the goods, so meats, cheeses, cakes and prepared lines read cleanly to the customer while your team serves from behind. At close to 2.5m wide it is a long counter, built to anchor a deli, butchery or patisserie serving line.
As a serve-over format it is a staffed fixture rather than self-service: product sits on chilled display and is handed over the counter to order, which suits weighed, sliced and portioned goods. The flat glazing keeps the whole run of stock in a single clean sightline down the counter.
For siting, the counter measures 2465 mm wide, 1080 mm deep and 1235 mm high. At nearly 2.5m wide it needs a genuinely clear delivery route, so measure doorways, corridors and the final serving position before it arrives, and allow the 1080 mm depth plus staff working room behind. Have it positioned and commissioned by a competent refrigeration engineer.
