Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The Blizzard ZETA130 is a 1.3-metre flat-glass serve-over counter built to present fresh food across a manned counter. The flat glass front gives customers a clean, level sightline onto whatever you're serving, which is what makes a serve-over earn its space: the display does the selling while a member of staff handles the portion. At 1305 mm wide it suits a compact deli, cheese, or patisserie run without swallowing the whole counter line.
Day to day it runs quietly at 47 dB, low enough to sit behind a serving position without competing with conversation across the counter. Automatic defrost clears ice build-up on its own, so there's no manual defrost routine to schedule into a busy service. It carries a climate class 3 rating, meaning it's designed to hold temperature in normal indoor retail conditions up to around 25 °C ambient — keep it out of direct sun and clear of ovens or heaters for the steadiest running.
The cabinet measures 1305 × 800 × 1233 mm and weighs 137 kg, so plan the route in: the 800 mm depth clears most single doorways but the 1305 mm width usually means bringing it in end-on or through double doors, and 137 kg is a two-to-three person lift or a trolley job. It uses R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with low global warming potential, which is the current standard for efficient commercial cooling.
