Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The BFG200BKV2 is Blizzard's 2-metre flat glass serve-over counter — a near-two-metre run of assisted-service display for the front of a deli, butcher or farm shop. The flat glass front gives a clean, straight sightline across the product and is quick to wipe down between services. At 1955 mm wide it holds a serious length of display in one cabinet, so you present a full counter without joining two units together.
It runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant, and carries a climate class 3 rating, meaning it is built to hold its display temperature in a warm, busy trading environment rather than only a cool back room. As a serve-over it works front-of-house: product loads from the rear, customers choose from the front, and staff portion and wrap. For the exact temperature band and energy figures, see the specification table below.
Size the install around a 1955 × 940 × 1200 mm footprint. The 940 mm depth needs checking against the gangway behind your counter, and the near-two-metre width means measuring the delivery route and doorways before the day — a cabinet this long will not turn a tight corner. Because it uses a hydrocarbon refrigerant, any servicing should be carried out by an engineer familiar with R290 systems.
