Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The TEFCOLD SOCA-F37590B is a flat-glass serve-over counter with 2.97 m² of display area across a 3750 mm run. The flat glass and serve-over format put fresh product at eye level for counter service, making it a working display for delis, fish counters, butchers and patisserie sections where staff serve to order.
It holds -1 to +5 °C, a chilled band suited to fresh fish, meat and deli lines, using ventilated cooling for an even temperature across the length of the deck. Defrost is automatic and electric, control is electronic, and it carries a climate class 3 rating. Running noise is 60 dB. It uses 5256 kWh a year, which works out at about £1314 a year at 25p/kWh.
The counter measures 3750 × 1130 × 1190 mm (W×D×H) and ships packed at 4000 × 1250 × 1400 mm, so a wide access route and clear floor plan matter. It weighs 470 kg net (565 kg gross), cools by R290 natural refrigerant with a 150 g charge, and draws 1000 W from a 220–240 V/50 Hz supply.
