The CW658 is the slimline drop-in multideck in CED's Designline range, built to slot into an assisted-service counter and turn the space above the deck into tiered open refrigerated display. At 600mm wide and 1467mm tall, with just 750mm of depth, it is narrow enough to slot into tight service counter runs while still holding 247 litres of chilled display across three adjustable shelves. Because it is set up for assisted service, staff pick and pass stock across the counter, which suits handled, served or higher-value chilled lines where you want a member of staff between the customer and the product.
Day to day it works as an open-front chilled display: product faces the customer on the decks, staff restock from the serving side via the rear door, and the R290-cooled cabinet holds the chill while the front stays open for trade. It is a chilled refrigerated display rather than a freezer, so it is built for fresh chilled lines, not frozen stock. At just 145 kg, it is lighter than wider models while keeping capacity high.
