Why this display fridge earns its place
The CU534 is a Moffat drop-in chilled multi-level display at 1486 mm wide, 660 mm deep and 750 mm tall. It's built to recess into a counter or servery so chilled stock sits at three levels in front of the customer. The curved-edge glass and stainless-steel frame give it a contemporary look, and the multi-level layout stacks product for a full, shoppable face in a self-service or assisted-service run, rather than a single flat shelf. It's a fit-in unit designed to become part of a counter line, not a free-standing cabinet.
Because it drops into the counter, the display reads as part of the servery rather than a separate box on the floor. It uses Moffat's Polar Air Stream technology to deliver a constant cold-air curtain that keeps food at the desired temperature without requiring door openings. The unit draws 2000 W and weighs 171 kg—factors to confirm with your counter build and electrical supply planning.
As a drop-in it needs a prepared aperture in the counter and services run to the position, so the counter has to be built around it. The stainless-steel construction is robust and easy to clean in food-prep environments. Confirm the cut-out size and the service points on survey before the joinery is made, and plan access to the final position. Our team can advise on siting and the fit before delivery.
