Why this flat glass cake display fridge earns its place
The EVOK1202 is a flat-glass patisserie and deli display cabinet built to put chilled cakes, pastries and deli lines in full view. A black exterior and grey interior frame 1.62 m² of display area, arranged over three glass shelves plus the base, so you can build height without hiding stock. Two sliding glass doors keep the front open to the customer while holding the chill inside.
Day to day it runs a +1 to +10 °C band under an electronic controller, with automatic defrost clearing ice build-up so staff don't have to. Cooling uses R290 refrigerant with a 140 g charge, and the cabinet is rated climate class 3 at 55 dB. At energy class D and 2916.3 kWh a year, running cost works out at about £729 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 1200 × 755 × 1400 mm (W×D×H) and ships packed at 1320 × 850 × 1540 mm, so check doorways, corridors and lifts against the crated size before delivery. It weighs 165 kg gross and 145 kg net, and plugs into a standard 13 amp, 220–240 V supply — no dedicated electrics required.
