Why this flat glass cake display fridge earns its place
The Blizzard RFG15-2 is a double-tier refrigerated flat-glass display unit built to show off cakes, patisserie and chilled desserts. The flat glass front gives customers a clear, uninterrupted view of what is on offer, and the two-tier layout stacks display capacity upwards so a 1.5-metre run of counter presents far more product than a single shelf would. It is a merchandising cabinet first — the whole job is to make the display sell.
Day to day the cabinet works as a chilled display counter: the two glass tiers hold product at browsing height, so customers see the full range without staff having to lift anything out. The flat glass panels wipe down easily between services and keep fingerprints and crumbs off the presentation. Because the display is the point, keeping the glass clean and the tiers well-faced is what keeps it earning.
The unit measures 1500 mm wide, 680 mm deep and 1200 mm high. At 1.5 metres wide it is broader than a standard single doorway, so check the delivery route and any tight turns before it arrives — the 680 mm depth is usually the easier dimension to clear. Plan the final position before delivery, since a display cabinet this size is not something to reposition once it is loaded and running.
