Why this flat glass cake display fridge earns its place
At 1870mm tall on an 800 × 660mm footprint, this is a show cabinet rather than a counter unit — a freestanding, floor-based display built to put desserts and patisserie at eye level rather than below the counter line. The flat glass front runs the height of the case, so the whole 400-litre display is visible from across the room, not just to whoever's standing right in front of it.
Running 2°C to +10°C, it holds cream-based desserts, cakes and other perishable patisserie safely while keeping them fully on show — the point of a show display is that the product does the selling, and a cold cabinet that hides the stock behind a low counter line defeats that.
At 140kg and a compact 800 × 660mm floor footprint, it fits into spaces a full multideck or long serve-over wouldn't — a corner, an aisle end, or a stand-alone spot away from the main service counter — and it runs on a standard 230V supply.
