Why this flat glass cake display fridge earns its place
The INFRICO VC1400 is a 1384 mm wide flat-glass cake display counter with a 3/4 vision front, built to show off chilled cakes, tarts and desserts across a serving counter. The flat glass and raised viewing angle give the customer a clear line to the top and front of every shelf, so what's on display does the selling. At just under 1.4 metres wide it gives a café or patisserie a generous display run without stepping up to a full multi-cabinet counter.
In use, the counter runs on R290 refrigerant and clears frost with automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost stop to work around trading. It holds a climate class 4 rating, meaning it is built to keep temperature in a warmer ambient than a standard-class cabinet — useful on a busy café floor with ovens and foot traffic nearby — though it still runs best kept out of direct heat and sunlight.
For installation, the counter measures 1384 mm wide, 800 mm deep and 1060 mm high. The 800 mm depth clears most standard doorways when turned in, but at 1384 mm wide and a gross weight of 190 kg this is a planned, multi-person position — measure the route from the delivery point before the day. Set it on a level floor with airflow around the cabinet and it is ready to stock.
