Why this flat glass cake display fridge earns its place
The BLIZZARD RFG15-3 is a refrigerated flat-glass cake display unit built to merchandise cakes, gateaux and patisserie at the counter. At 1500 × 680 × 1400 mm (W×D×H), it gives a broad 1.5 m display run with three adjustable glass shelves, so more chilled lines can be shown at once without hiding the back row behind the front.
The flat double-glazed glass structure gives a clean, straight-sided view of the product, while under-lit LED shelves brighten each tier. Pricing strips are included for retail presentation, rear double sliding glass doors give staff access from behind, and the removable glass doors make daily cleaning more practical.
Refrigeration is handled by a digital controller, with a supplier-stated +2 to +8 °C range, R290 refrigerant and climate class 4 rating. Stainless steel construction suits commercial counter use, and the supplier describes the rear-vented design as suitable for built-in display solutions where airflow and service access have been allowed for.
