Why this flat glass cake display fridge earns its place
The RFG12-3 is Blizzard's triple-tier flat-glass display unit, built to put a full spread of cakes and patisserie on show behind double-glazed glass. Its 1200 x 680 mm footprint gives you a broad counter display without a deep floor projection, while the 1400 mm height lets the three adjustable glass shelves stack product upwards for a strong front-of-house presentation.
The cabinet holds 530 litres across the display and runs at +2 to +8 °C, with R290 refrigerant, climate class 4 performance and a digital temperature controller for day-to-day checks. Under-lit LED shelves and included pricing strips help each tier read clearly, so cakes, gateaux, desserts and chilled patisserie can be merchandised as individual lines rather than hidden in a single layer.
Service is from the rear through two sliding glass doors, and the doors are removable for easier cleaning. The stainless steel construction suits a busy counter, the rear-vented layout is intended for built-in display runs, and four low-profile castors make final positioning more manageable once the 229 kg unit is on site.
