Why this curved glass cake display fridge earns its place
The EVO1502 is a curved-glass patisserie and deli display cabinet sized to merchandise cakes, pastries and deli lines across a wide front. A black exterior and grey interior surround 2.05 m² of display area on three glass shelves plus the base, giving a full view of stock. Two sliding glass doors keep the display open to customers while holding the chill inside.
It works to a +1 to +10 °C band under an electronic controller, with automatic defrost clearing ice without staff input. Cooling runs on R290 refrigerant with a 145 g charge, and the cabinet is rated climate class 3 at a low 44 dB. At energy class E and 4161 kWh a year, that's about £1040 a year at 25p/kWh.
External dimensions are 1500 × 755 × 1400 mm (W×D×H), with an internal display of 1455 × 502 × 790 mm; packed it measures 1600 × 840 × 1580 mm, so check access against the crated size. It weighs 170 kg gross and 160 kg net, and connects to a standard 13 amp, 220–240 V supply.
