Why this curved glass cake display fridge earns its place
The Frost-Tech P75-150 is a chilled patisserie display cabinet, 1500 mm wide, built to hold cakes, gateaux and cold patisserie where customers can see them across a counter or servery. At a metre and a half of frontage it gives a bakery or café a single, self-contained display point rather than a run of smaller units, and it merchandises product as the focus of the counter instead of hiding it behind a solid door.
Day to day, the cabinet defrosts automatically, so staff are not stopping to clear ice or manage a manual cycle through a trading shift. It is rated to climate class 3, meaning it is built to hold temperature in a controlled indoor retail ambient rather than a hot, unventilated space. Cooling runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with a low global-warming potential, which keeps the refrigeration side both efficient and current with environmental rules.
For installation, plan around 1500 × 750 × 1350 mm (W×D×H) and a gross weight of 284 kg. The 750 mm depth and 1500 mm width need checking against your access route and final position before delivery, and at 284 kg the cabinet wants a firm, level floor and a proper positioning plan rather than being slid into place by hand. Refrigerant is R290 and defrost is automatic; the full electrical and capacity spec is listed in the specification table.
