The Combisteel 7495.0135 is a drop-in cubic refrigerated display with a roll-up cover, built to sink into a counter or servery and hold chilled product on show at the point of service.\n\nThis is a drop-in refrigerated display — a cubic chilled well built to sink into a counter, buffet or servery top rather than stand on the floor. Measuring 1115 mm wide, 720 mm deep and 1430 mm high, it puts chilled product on show at the point of service, so front-of-house staff plate from it and self-service guests pick straight from a flush, built-in display. Built in stainless steel and weighing 126 kg, it offers durability in a busy servery environment. The roll-up cover closes the well down when service ends.\n\nIn day-to-day use it works as a built-in chilled display running at +4 to +10 °C: product sits in the well on show, and the roll-up shutter pulls over to close and secure it overnight or between services. LED interior lighting is fitted as standard. Because it drops into the counter line, it keeps a clean, flush servery front rather than breaking the run with a freestanding cabinet.\n\nInstallation is the defining job with this one.
