Why this drop-in display fridge earns its place
The 7495.0030 is a drop-in refrigerated unit sized to the 2/1 Gastronorm standard, at 790 mm wide and 720 mm deep — giving it a deeper working footprint than standard shallower units, useful where counter space needs to accommodate larger pans or deeper loading. Rather than standing on the floor, it is recessed into a prepared counter or buffet worktop so the chilled surface sits flush with the top. That makes it the refrigerated core of a bespoke servery, holding cold food where it is displayed and served rather than in a separate cabinet.
Because it takes 2/1 Gastronorm pans and the smaller sizes that divide into them, it works with the trays a kitchen already uses for service and prep. The refrigeration is self-contained and runs on a 230 V 50 Hz supply, keeping displayed food chilled at -10 to +5 °C at the point of service without a remote condensing unit. It uses R 290 refrigerant with static cooling for reliability and low noise, and weighs 56 kg.
Installation is joinery-led: the counter aperture is cut to the unit's dimensions (790 × 720 mm, standing 521 mm high), with access left for the services and ventilation it needs.
