Why this hot cupboard earns its place
Flexi-Serve is Parry's modular servery system — individual counter modules, each sized to a different pan count, that run happily on their own or join together into a fixed counter to match whatever room or event you're serving. The FS-AW2PACK is the two-pan chilled version: an ambient cupboard base with a chilled well built in, holding 2 eutectic plates, sitting under an LED-lit gantry.
It's built to take 2 x 1/1 GN 150mm deep containers (not included), with removable sliding doors and two height-adjustable internal grid shelves in the cupboard below, plus fascia panels that are removable and interchangeable if you want to refresh the front-of-house look. On top, the gantry carries lighting and a self-service square glass sneeze screen, with a tubular tray slide built in for a proper self-service line — the base sits at 983mm to the trayslide and 1440mm to the top of the gantry.
Every module runs off a single 13A plug, and because whole runs of Flexi-Serve modules can share one electrical supply, you can design the exact counter layout your space, customer flow and capacity need without rewiring for every section. Four locking swivel castors mean it's easy to move into position and just as easy to lock down once it's there. It weighs 89.5kg and carries 2 years parts and labour.
