Why this hot cupboard earns its place
Flexi-Serve is Parry's modular servery system, with each module sized to a different pan count so a run can be built to match exactly the counter length and capacity a room needs. The FS-AW5PACK is the largest chilled module in the range: an ambient cupboard base with a built-in chilled well holding 5 eutectic plates, sitting beneath an LED-lit gantry.
It takes 5 x 1/1 GN 150mm deep containers (not included), with bridging bars supplied, removable sliding doors and two height-adjustable internal grid shelves in the cupboard, plus fascia panels that are removable and interchangeable. The gantry carries lighting and a self-service square glass sneeze screen, with a tubular tray slide fitted for a genuine self-service line — the unit stands 983mm to the trayslide and 1440mm to the top of the gantry.
Each module runs off a single 13A plug, and full runs of Flexi-Serve modules can share one electrical supply — which is what makes the range genuinely flexible: design the counter to fit the room and the crowd, not the other way round. Four locking swivel castors handle positioning and lock-down. It weighs 115kg and carries 2 years parts and labour.
