Why this buffet bar earns its place
The Refrigerated Buffet GN 4/1 is a refrigerated buffet counter designed to present prepared food cold at the point of service. Its GN 4/1 top is sized around standard gastronorm pans, so you can drop in salads, cold starters, desserts, deli fillings or grab-and-go pots and swap them out quickly through service. Measuring 1550 mm wide by 900 mm deep, it suits a self-service line or a staffed counter where food needs to stay chilled while it is on show.
A refrigerated buffet is built to hold already-chilled food at +0 to +10 °C while it sits open on the counter, not to pull warm food down — load it with pre-chilled product. This model uses R290 refrigerant with static cooling and LED interior lighting. At 180 kg and 850 mm high, it is compact enough for tighter counter runs yet substantial enough to anchor a service area.
Buffet counters are fixed service fixtures, so plan the position and the run of counter around it. The unit connects to a 230V mains supply and needs clear airflow around the back for heat dissipation. Measure your service space, delivery route and electrical socket before ordering, and confirm the doorway and floor path the counter has to travel.
