Why this single door bar fridge earns its place
The TEFCOLD VOC100 is a compact impulse can cooler for putting chilled cans and bottles in front of customers at the point of sale. With a 0.75 m² display area and a grey finish, it is sized to slot into a tight retail or hospitality spot and drive add-on drink sales without taking up a full upright's worth of floor.
It holds a +2 to +12 °C band on ventilated cooling with automatic off-cycle defrost and an electronic controller, so drinks come out cold and the cabinet manages its own defrost. It draws 160 W and runs at 42 dB, quiet enough for a serving area. Rated at 949 kWh a year with a D energy rating, it costs about £237 a year at 25p/kWh, and its climate class 4 rating means it is built for warmer ambient conditions.
The cabinet measures 660 × 460 × 970 mm (W×D×H) and gives 103 litres net from 110 litres gross, with internal space of 520 × 345 × 570 mm. At under a metre tall it fits under or beside a counter, and at 29 kg net it is straightforward to position. It runs on 220-240 V and a standard 13-amp supply, using R600a refrigerant with a 55 g charge.
