Why this ventilated cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The Blizzard LUXE6 is a six-pan ice cream serve-over, finished in black, built to present scooping ice cream to customers across a counter. The six-pan layout puts a full row of flavours on show at the glass, so staff scoop to order while the display does the selling. The black cabinet suits a modern parlour or café counter and keeps the eye on the product rather than the machine.
Day to day it runs at -18 to -12 °C, the band that keeps scooping ice cream firm but workable rather than rock-hard. That means clean, quick portioning through a busy trading session, with the whole tub range held at a consistent serving temperature behind the glass.
The cabinet measures 910 mm wide, 880 mm deep and 1300 mm high and weighs 106 kg, so it needs a solid, level floor and a planned final position. At 910 mm across it is wider than a typical single internal door, so check door and corridor clearances on the delivery route first. Cooling is handled by natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
