Why this ventilated cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The ISA Bermuda RV13 is a large ventilated scoop ice cream display freezer built to show a wide range behind curved glass. It offers 0.77 m² of display area in a grey exterior with a white-lined interior, giving a parlour or gelateria the width to merchandise a full spread of tubs for scoop-to-order service. At 1670 mm wide it is a statement counter piece for a high-throughput site.
It holds a -20 to -14 °C band using ventilated cooling, which drives cold air evenly across the pans, with automatic hot-gas defrost to clear ice without a manual routine. Control is electronic and the cabinet runs at 56 dB. It is energy class E at 9563.0 kWh a year — about £2391 a year in electricity at 25p/kWh — using R290 refrigerant with a 195 g charge, and is built to climate class 4 for warmer serving environments.
The freezer measures 1670 × 800 × 1340 mm (W×D×H) and ships packed at 1770 × 870 × 1420 mm, so plan the delivery route carefully for the 870 mm packed depth and 1770 mm length. It runs from a standard 13 A supply at 220–240 V / 50 Hz, rated 1830 W. Net weight is 200 kg (220 kg gross), so plan for a team to position it on a level, well-ventilated spot.
