Why this ventilated cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The ISA Bermuda View RV10 is a ventilated scoop ice cream display freezer built to put tubs on show and sell them. Its 0.65 m² panoramic display area faces product toward the customer, and the white exterior and white interior keep the focus on what is in the pans. With 300 litres gross and 255 litres net capacity, it carries a working scooping range without dominating the counter.
It holds a display temperature of -20 to -14 °C, cold enough to keep scooping ice cream firm through service. Ventilated cooling moves air evenly across the pans for consistent temperature, automatic hot gas defrost clears frost without manual intervention, and an electronic controller manages the cycle. The cabinet runs at 56 dB and carries a climate class of 7. At 8030 kWh a year, running cost is about £2008 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 1340 × 814 × 1354 mm (W×D×H) and packs to 1410 × 860 × 1455 mm for delivery, worth checking against doorways and access routes before it arrives. It weighs 226 kg gross and 195 kg net. Power is a standard 13 amp supply at 220-240 V, drawing up to 1250 W, and it uses R290 refrigerant with a 195 g charge. Energy class D, EEI 49.3%.
