Why this ventilated cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The ISA MILLENNIUM ST18 is a ventilated scoop ice cream display built around a large 1.07 m² display face. It has a white exterior and a stainless steel interior, and at 970 litres gross it gives a substantial cabinet for a dedicated scooping counter where flavours sell by sight.
It holds -20 to -14 °C using ventilated cooling, circulating air across the display for an even temperature rather than static cold. Automatic hot gas defrost clears frost on a cycle with no manual routine. The cabinet is rated to climate class 7 and uses R290 refrigerant with a 148 g charge, runs at 56 dB, and at energy class D draws 10340.4 kWh a year — about £2585 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 1661 × 1054 × 1356 mm externally and ships packed at 1800 × 1150 × 1620 mm, so check the packed dimensions against your delivery access. It weighs 270 kg net (313 kg gross) and needs a solid, level floor. It runs at 220-240 V/50 Hz on a 16 A supply drawing 2450 W, so plan for a dedicated 16 A circuit rather than a standard single socket.
