Why this display freezer earns its place
The Polar U-Series UA059 is a nine-pan gelato showcase: a glass-fronted display freezer built to present ice cream and gelato in 1/3 GN pan positions. Customers see the full spread of flavours through the glass, and staff serve from the rear sliding-door side, so it is aimed squarely at parlours, kiosks and dessert counters that sell scooped product to order.
Day to day it holds a -16 to -18 °C band using forced-air cooling and R290 refrigerant. Polar's manufacturer text adds the practical service details: LED lighting over the display, a digital controller, automatic heated defrost and under-storage for an additional nine pans so staff can restock fast during busy service.
As a nine-pan floor-standing showcase this is a major cabinet. It is 1817 mm wide, 725 mm deep and 1280 mm high, with a 310 kg gross weight, so plan the delivery route before ordering. Electrical requirements are 220-240V with an 880 W rated input, and the energy label lists class D with 19.98 kWh/24h and 7292.7 kWh/year consumption.
