Why this static cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The Ice Cream Display Curacao is a ten-pan static display freezer for served ice cream counters that need a serious flavour range in a controlled footprint. It is finished in white, holds 454 litres gross, and gives you an internal space of 1315 × 560 × 687 mm for presenting loose ice cream where customers can choose by sight.
The Curacao runs from -22 to -15 °C with static cooling and interior lighting. In practice that means a display built for scooping service, not a hidden reserve freezer: the product stays on show, staff work from the cabinet, and the customer sees the decision before they ask. Static cooling keeps the system simple and avoids fan-blown air across the tub surfaces.
For installation, check both the serving space and the route in. The cabinet is 1447 mm wide, 825 mm deep and 1257 mm high, with a 116 kg gross weight, 60 mm insulation, R290 refrigerant and a 230V, 50Hz connection. It uses manual defrost and is specified for up to 30 °C ambient, so give it airflow, keep it out of direct sun and build cleaning and defrosting into the routine.
