Why this static cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The Framec J9E is a scoop ice cream display freezer for parlours and kiosks that want tubs on show and within easy reach. It presents 0.53 m² of display across 423 litres of gross capacity (357 litres net usable), finished in white, giving a compact serving footprint that suits a counter run in a busy summer trade.
It holds -20 to -14 °C using static cooling with automatic electric defrost, so the display stays servable without a manual defrost routine. An electronic controller manages the temperature, rated running noise is 45 dB, and the cabinet carries a climate class 4 rating. Cooling uses natural hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant with a 150 g charge.
Externally it measures 1656 × 723 × 1253 mm (W×D×H) and weighs 110 kg net (131 kg gross). It ships packed at 1735 × 760 × 1310 mm, worth checking against your delivery route and doorway before it arrives. It runs from a standard 13 A supply drawing 540 W at 220-240 V.
