The Polar U-Series UA058 is a six-pan ice cream serve-over cabinet freezer built for counter scooping. It presents up to six 1/3 GN or Napoli pans behind a glass display so customers can see every flavour on offer, while staff serve from the operator side. It is the classic parlour format: flavours on show, lit for visibility, scooped and served to order across the counter.
As a serve-over display freezer it is designed to hold scooping ice cream at -18 to -16 °C and keep it visible through the glass while it is on show. Forced-air cooling with R290 refrigerant keeps the display cabinet working as a commercial freezer, while rear sliding doors help staff access the pans for serving and restocking without opening the customer side.
For siting, allow for a substantial floor-standing cabinet: 1276 mm wide, 725 mm deep and 1282 mm high, with a 210 kg gross weight. It runs on a 220-240V supply and carries a 2 years parts and labour warranty.
