Why this static cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The Ice Cream Display Bali is the nine-pan model in this Combisteel static ice cream display range, suited to counters that need a compact served-scoop offer rather than a long parlour cabinet. It is finished in white, holds 354 litres gross and provides 1060 × 560 × 687 mm of internal space, enough to put a tight core range of flavours directly in front of the customer.
Cooling is static rather than fan-forced, with a supplier-stated -22 to -15 °C temperature range. For scooping service, that means the cabinet is doing two jobs at once: keeping product frozen for trading and making the flavours visible enough to sell. Interior lighting helps the range read clearly through the display, while manual defrost keeps the setup straightforward as long as cleaning and defrosting are part of the operating routine.
The Bali is 1192 mm wide, 825 mm deep and 1257 mm high, with a 99 kg gross weight, 60 mm insulation, R290 refrigerant and a 230V, 50Hz connection. Position it where the queue forms, but leave clearance around the refrigeration gear so it can shed heat through a busy summer afternoon. It is specified for up to 30 °C ambient; keep it away from direct sun, draughty doorways and hot equipment so the cabinet is not fighting its own environment.
