Why this undercounter dishwasher earns its place
The UC-M-E Energy GF415 is the Energy version of Winterhalter's undercounter dishwasher format, adding a circulating-air heat recovery system to the drain-pump specification. The manufacturer says the Energy system uses steam energy to heat the rinse water, reducing running costs and improving the room atmosphere around the wash-up area.
The cabinet is 600mm wide, 603mm deep and 820mm high, with a silver finish and 70kg gross weight. Listed capacity is 32 glass racks or 28 dish racks an hour, with output stated as 800 glasses or 504 plates per hour, so it is sized for sites that need undercounter placement without dropping to a light-duty rack rate.
VarioPower regulates washing power to suit the items being washed. Eco mode reduces water pressure, detergent and rinse temperature while extending the wash cycle by up to 30%, giving the team a lower-resource option for lighter runs between busier sittings.
