Why this undercounter dishwasher earns its place
The UC-S is the small Winterhalter undercounter warewasher, built for sites where space is the limiting factor. It uses a 400 x 400mm square basket with a 310mm entry height, giving a compact machine-wash option for cups, glass racks, side plates, cutlery and smaller dish loads.
The footprint is the main buying reason: DE640 is listed at 460mm wide, 600mm deep and 715mm high, so it can fit under-counter positions that are too narrow for a wider basket machine. Supplier output is listed as 512 glasses or 252 plates per hour, with capacity stated at 32 glass racks or 28 dish racks per hour.
